Stay with Peace of Mind
San Diego Coast Rentals wants you to have a worry-free vacation. We are placing additional emphasis on disinfecting contents and surfaces in preparation for stay. Complimentary housekeeping services and in-person greets have been suspended to help limit your exposure. We continue to refine our scheduling, treatments and methods for maximum safety.
Our team is working to maintain normalcy for our guests and owners despite this situation. We want to thank our residents, families and team members for their understanding, cooperation and words of support in recent days. We are humbled by and appreciative of the trust you place in us every day.
Cancellation of Reservations
Once San Diego Coast Rentals has received your signed confirmation and deposit if you “the renter” decide to cancel, reservations canceled outside of 30 days will receive a full refund, minus merchant account fees incurred by SDCR Inc. Reservations canceled inside of 30 days would not be eligible for refund unless dates are re-rented. Reservations can be moved to a later date with no change fees within one year. Seasonal pricing would still apply. Therefore, if a reservation is moved to a higher-rate season, the difference would need to be paid by the renter. Reservations made between March 26, 2020, and May 26, 2020, for stays scheduled until June 26, 2020, are eligible.
